She relocated to Ann Arbor, Michigan in autumn of 2019. Where she gained experience working alongside a chiropractor and with other LMTs, before opening Somatic Wellness in 2023. She practices Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Prenatal/Postpartum Massage, and Sports Massage, along with additional certifications in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Myofascial Release, and Usui Reiki. She is a Reiki student of the Evenstar Institute in the lineage of Mara Evenstar, RMT; Cindy Guillean, RMT; Jessica Kilbourn, RMT; and Janet Vecchio, RMT. She has completed Level I & II in the Usui Reiki system of healing and plans to continue her studies to go on to become a Level III Reiki Master. Currently, Jenna is studying to become a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and looks forward to adding strength training and corrective exercise to her practice.

Jenna's diverse background allows for a unique approach when relieving stress, addressing pain, and supporting overall well-being. Her techniques alone or combined enable her to skillfully assist her clients in reaching their wellness goals. "My intention is to help people feel more at ease." Jenna explains. "I feel called to do this work and I'm grateful for everyone who trusts me to be of service to their healing; body, mind, and soul." Jenna understands that in order to be of service and hold space for others, she must prioritize her own self-care. She has received all of the modalities that she offers to support her own health & wellness and believes in their healing potential. Additionally, she practices restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation to support the body-mind-soul connection and balance.

In her free time Jenna enjoys connecting with community and nature. She believes that nature is an extraordinary teacher and finds deep fulfillment in the natural world. "In nature, reciprocity and symbiosis are inherently occurring. Each plant does what they must to prioritize their own growth, but by the principle of reciprocity, one gives as they take. As individuals flourish, so too does the whole. This is the beauty of a thriving ecosystem. We are a part of this reciprocity too. Community plays an essential role in the health and wellness of each individual. Our gifts can express more fully when they are nurtured together in conscious relationship. We each have an integral role to play in helping one another realize our own unique gifts to offer to the world and to compliment those gifts through collaboration." Jenna reflects. Her reflection was inspired by Braiding Sweetgrass, authored by Robin Wall Kimmerer of the Potawatomi Nation.
