I understand that unanticipated events happen in life. In my desire to be equal, the following policies are honored:

24 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you do not give 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full amount of your appointment. The only exceptions are in the event of illness or an unforeseen emergency, please give as much notice as possible given those circumstances. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" and will be charged for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
Your session begins promptly at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, you may not receive your full session. Regardless of the length of time actually given, you will be responsible for the full session cost. Out of respect and consideration, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
